How do I upload a bank statement?
Open the app, tap the upload button on the home screen, select a PDF from your files, choose the pages to analyze, and StateVu will process it automatically.
Which banks are supported?
StateVu works with any bank that provides PDF statements. Just download your statement PDF from your bank's website or app and upload it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > StateVu Pro > Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions from the App Store or Google Play.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open StateVu > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data including uploaded statements and expense history.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. Your PDF is deleted from our servers immediately after processing. Extracted expense data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never store your banking credentials. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the AI analyze my statements?
StateVu uses Anthropic's Claude AI to read your bank statement pages and extract expense details. The AI identifies merchants, amounts, dates, and categories. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
